Limit consumption of salt If No Body Wants to be Fat

When I wanted weight loss, a person will limit consumption of fats and sugars or carbohydrates. Actually there is more to be avoided, namely salt because salt was also able to trigger weight gain. Humans consume salt almost every day through the food eaten. Salt especially sodium salt is one of the most popular base ingredient, which is added to make food does not taste bland. 

Indeed, there is no maximum limit that can cause poisoning, but the consumption of too much salt can cause intense thirst fast. As for the long term, excessive salt intake can lead to hypertension or high blood pressure. Sodium salts are absorbed, causing fluid retention or accumulation of fluids in the body. Fluid accumulation occurred also in the blood vessels so that blood volume increases and automatic pressure becomes higher. 


Fluid buildup also occurs in other tissues including muscle so the weight increases. This occurs because of excess salt makes the kidneys reabsorb fluid should come out in the form of urine. Other reasons why salt can lead to increased weight is the kind of food that is usually flavored salt. Incidentally, the food is often used in large quantities of salt are foods with high calories like fast food.

French fries, fried chicken and various pasta sauce usually contains a lot of salt to enhance flavor. Therefore, in addition to triggering hypertension, type fast food is also famous as the principal cause of obesity.

Salt and sugar are the main factors as to why we get fat. It's important to limit our intake of them to avoid health problems especially in the heart.
