Poor concentration can interfere with information processing in the brain so that we become easy to forget. The decrease of this concentration is often caused by the habits we do. Anything that can make us not focus? 

  1. Although social media you do not suffer from concentration problems (ADHD), the modern world today is full of the things that kill concentration. Social media is one of the main causes us to lose focus on the job. Any change in status or comments can make direct attention distracted. Solution: Resist the temptation to go to (sign) into social networking sites while you're doing the work.
