Not only the expression of it, Benjamin Franklin was an inventor and leader of the American Revolution has also been declared 'early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, Wealthy and wise'.

In addition to good health, get up early also makes people more prepared to deal with routine in the morning. Here are some benefits from the habit of waking up:
