Do you treat yourself as well as treat your friends and family? 
That is the question as an indicator light as well where people see themselves. People might be easier to see and understand others in a different perspective. Apparently these are often a despised himself, even to scold him when experiencing failure.

To love oneself is the nature conducive to motivation. The reason you do not let your kids eat fast food and ice cream is because you care about them. So also with you, if you care about yourself, you'll do anything healthy for you and avoid what is harmful to you. The problem is that it is hard to abandon habits for life. People must actively and consciously develop caring for oneself.
