Easy Ways to Make a Healthy Skin

1. Protect your skin from the sun

This can cause lack of oxygen and nutrients, like vitamin A, which is important for healthy skin. Smoking also damages collagen and elastin, which are fibers that give skin strength and elasticity.

In addition, repetitive facial expressions during smoking, like pursing lips when inhaling and squinting to prevent entry of smoke into the eye may play a role causing wrinkles.

If you smoke, the best way to protect the skin is to stop smoking. Ask your doctor to provide know-how or care to help quit smoking.

3. Treating the skin with a soft
Cleaning and shaving every day can take a layer of skin. So need to keep the skin to remain soft in a way, among others:

a. Limit your bath time
Bathing with hot water and shower in a long time can cause dry skin. Limit your shower time, and should not be too frequent use of hot water.

b. Avoid using soaps that are too strong

c. Shave with care

5. Managing stress
Uncontrolled stress can make skin more sensitive, becoming pustular, and can trigger other skin problems. To obtain a healthy skin and a healthy state of mind can take steps to manage stress.
