Doing exercise on its core activity is good for health. However, on the other hand you also need to know, when the right time to exercise and when to avoid it.

Experts say there are times where someone suggested just to sit at home and relax, without having to do exercise or physical activity.

1. If you are not healthy

Many doctors advise to avoid going to the gym if the condition of the body feels less fit. Because the exercise (activity) will provide a load on your immune system and prolong the recovery period. If you feel ill, you should focus on recovery rather than illness must first do your exercise routine.

2. If you are tired and stressed

Yes, the gym is the perfect place to release stress, but sometimes your body may just need a break. Exercising under high pressure it will cause injury.

3. If you are injured

No matter how small your injury, you should not do sports activities even in a small intensity. If you insist to do it anyway, then it is not likely to become a more serious problem.

4. If you are drunk

Alcohol has a dehydrating effect and your body takes about an hour to get back to normal. If you are still in a drunken condition, avoid going to the gym and re-fill your energy with a healthy breakfast.
