Take a moment for Heart Care

 Heart disease does not happen overnight. Most heart disease caused by narrowing of the coronary arteries for decades. The main cause is our lifestyle. To make the  healthy heart and beating, do not actually need a radical change in lifestyle. Simple habits like eating more fruits and vegetables, brushing teeth twice a day, and more walking is an example. Unfortunately, the majority of people say do not have time to make healthy habits by heart. There are a few tips you can do to maintain healthy heart .

Quit smoking
Smoking will cause your blood vessels constrict and easy it was tantamount to giving an additional burden on the heart. Smoking also makes the heart beat faster and raises blood pressure.


Exercising

If your daily schedule does not allow you to regularly come to the gym, try to walk more often to keep the body moving a bit. Climb the stairs instead of elevator or park the vehicle some distance away is an example.

Reduce the fat
Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables in sufficient quantities so that your cholesterol level is reduced. Limit your fat intake to no more than 25 percent of calories. Change this practice should become a lifestyle in the long run.

Streamline the stomach
Having a body that obesity is not only less attractive in appearance but also bad for the heart. Excess weight also increases the possibility of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, which is a risk factor for blood vessel constriction.
