Someone will think badly when they are hear says fat. Fat is not all along bad for body. Since any way, consumption of fat is still needed as an energy source. Types of fat in food such as trans fats, hydrogenated oils, saturated fat and some tropical fat. That fat can be cause imbalance, chronic inflammation and disease. While olive oil, nuts, grains and oil seeds, vegetable oil that was unprocessed and non-hydrogenated oils are the best choice of fat has you consumption every day.

Here is a source of food which can increase levels of good cholesterol (HDL) in your body:


Avocado
Avocado is a fruit that has a high content of fat. But you not necessarily worried, because avocado has a good fat content. The content of lutein in avocado is useful for help improve the quality of eye health and chlorophyll content is a source of antioxidants. 

Palm Oil
Palm oil can be best choice as a healthy dessert menu. Although the use of palm oil still continually been studied, but the benefits have been recognized as a potent anti-bacterial, contains vitamin K and E and iron substance. Some research even indicates, palm oil can help weight loss management, because can reduce stress on the endocrine system. 

Fish
Some type fishes contain fats that are very good for health. Salmon, sardines, mackerel and tuna are the types of fish that contain omega-3 fatty acids. Fats in fish are needed to help growth, development of brain function, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Omega-3 fatty acids can also be found on oceanic plant such as algae, krill, some plants and bean oil. Omega-3 fatty acids could help reduce bad cholesterol (LDL), improve good cholesterol (HDL), reduce inflammation, heart disease risk, cancer and diabetes type-2.  

Nut
Nuts are a source of nutrients that protect your health. People who eat nuts regularly will lower risk for death due to heart attack and stroke than those who eat only slightly, according to a study at Harvard School of Public Health. Food and drug Supervisory Agency, the United States (FDA) even claimed, "eat-food which includes one ounce of peanuts every day can reduce your risk of heart disease."
Most types of nuts containing bad cholesterol level (LDL) low and able to increase good cholesterol. Walnuts for example, contain omega-3 fatty acids that protect you from the abnormal heart rhythms and deadly blood clotting. Some examples of these type of nuts that contain omega-3 are peanuts, lentils, almonds and walnuts.
