Who said healthy living should be expensive? Without the need to pay a dime or free, you are entitled to good health.
There are at least 6 ways to live healthy without the need to pay. Charges involved may be only against the lazy.
Here are 6 ways of healthy living that does not need to pay:
1. Socializing A study at the Harvard School of Public Health found that men in her 70's who have good social relationships are less likely suffered damage or heart disease.

Sleeping with a short time are also associated with lower levels of leptin (a hormone which suppresses appetite) and higher ghrelin levels (a chemical that stimulates appetite). This is what causes people who sleep less to eat more.
